Shipping-

All orders will be posted Express Post through Australia Post. This will ensure you receive your order the next business day delivery to capital cities. Others regions may take up to 2 days.

Postage charges will incur a $10.00 Flat Rate - Australia Wide

Complete your order before 4PM AEST on a given business day for fastest dispatch.  Polka Boutique will not be liable for unreceived Express parcels once they have been dispatched. 

*International Postage*

International orders will arrive within 7 – 14 working days once payment has been recieved. Purchases will be delivered by  Air Mail

Postage Charges will incur a AUS$20.00 Flat Rate.


Returns Policy-

We are happy to provide you with an exchange or issue you with a Polka Boutique Store/Online Credit note for change of mind purchases (as per our in-store policy).

 

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving item/s at mail@polkaboutique.com.au quoting your order number and details. You will then be issued with a Return authorization number (RAN) where you can then return the item to us in their original condition, with all tags attached.
 
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. Items that have been worn, used or soiled in anyway will not be exchanged. 

 

Refunds will only be issued for items that are faulty. If you believe you are entitled to a refund please email us at mail@polkaboutique.com.au  with your order number, item you wish to return and reason for returning. We will then issue you with an RAN number and item must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. 

 

Polka Boutique reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet the above criteria. If item does not meet criteria we will simply return it to you and postage charges will not be credited. A refund will be issued in the same method payment was made.

 

There is no exchange or refund on sale items unless they are faulty.

Pre-orders-

Pre-orders can only be cancelled for a instore/online credit note or exchange.
Pre-order dates may change due to suppliers.
